3. I recommend www.bankrate.com. There's a ton of helpful information as well as payment calculators and charts (if you're into that sort of thing). Keep in mind that any posted rates you see online or in printed ads assume perfect credit, good income vs. debt ratios, etc. Since most buyers do not meet this criteria anymore, slightly higher rates than posted can usually be expected.
4. scotsmanguide.com This gives you all Commercial and Residential lenders. What states they work in, types of properties they specialize in as well as their product mix. They have a great "lender search" or "loan search" feature that works well.
