We are a telemarketing company and working for different mortgage companies on lead generation and appoinement setting. We make like 3000 calls every day through our powerful predictive dialer. I just want to know where can i buy the cold calling list from, which contains phone number, name and address of the owner of the house. We need list where everyone have mortgage on the property. We would like to know the resources for the same, free or paid. We are ready to pay if it is worth. Plz don't sugest tagquest marketing. They charge too much.. Thank you in advance.

1. You may run afoul of the Do Not Call List. Otherwise, tax records typically contain the owner's info in most states. Focus on the hottest markets or the most populated. There are tons of firms that provide this info. It is free to the public but several agencies compile it. Check with real estate associations to find who compiles their info.
2. Wow, I'm glad I don't have a mortgage...you'd be one of those annoying companies that calls me to the phone when I'm up to my knees and elbows in garden dirt and muck so you can sell me something. What you do is such an invasion of my time, my privacy and my life. If I want your service I will come and find you - okay?
